RE: notes.ini parameter

NTS_Java_Parms is the parameter name, but as it is the JVM options, it has tons of possible parameters. Those are memory flags, so they wouldn't help you. If you didn't have any other parameters, you only need the -Xrs value and not the others. And if you didn't have -Xrs added to what you posted here, it certainly wouldn't have been changed.
